Delivery Costs

Delivery Fees — Delivery costs vary based on the recipient’s location and the vehicle’s size. Please contact our team for a personalized delivery estimate.

Classic & Luxury Car Transport — Given that we deal with collectible and high-value vehicles, transportation is done only with specialized trailers to ensure the safety and integrity of the car during transport.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Delivery — Typically, delivery of a classic or luxury vehicle takes between 7–14 business days, depending on the destination. We will always provide you with an estimated delivery time.

Delivery Process Information

Vehicle Preparation for Delivery — Each vehicle is thoroughly inspected and prepared before delivery.

Vehicle Transport — Cars are transported only with specialized vehicles that are equipped to protect the vehicle during transit. We ensure the car will arrive in excellent condition, regardless of the distance.

Insurance and Guarantees

Transport Insurance — All vehicles are insured during transport to ensure their protection against any damages or accidents. In case of any damage, the insurance will cover repair costs.

Delivery Guarantee — We commit to delivering the vehicle within the agreed timeframe and under the promised conditions. If there are any delays or issues, you will be notified immediately, and we will take steps to resolve the situation.

Return Policy

At Luxury Auto Mall, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience when purchasing classic and luxury vehicles. 1. Return Rights and Exceptions

  • If the purchased vehicle does not match the description or has major defects that were not disclosed prior, please contact us within 14 business days from delivery to initiate the return process.
  • If the vehicle is delivered in a condition that does not meet our advertised quality standards, we offer an option for a refund or exchange, depending on the situation.

2. Return Procedure

To request a return of a vehicle, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by phone or email to report the issue.
  • Provide the necessary information, including details about the defects found and photo evidence, if possible.
  • The vehicle must be returned within 30 calendar days from delivery, in the same condition it was received, without any modifications or additional damage.

3. Refunds

If the return of the vehicle is approved, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees or any other associated costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the receipt of the returned vehicle.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the vehicle is returned due to a defect or discrepancy from the description.
